Your Amazing Grace
Your amazing grace
You’ve done so much for me
Lord I just want to say, Thank you.
With all my heart
In spirit and truth
Here I am to worship You
I want to worship You
I want to honour You
I want to give You praise forever more
I live to worship You
I live to worship You
Recently I have been thinking a lot about grace. God is so gracious to us. Grace is something that is given to us freely, and when we received it, our hearts are filled with gratitude and joy. It is encouraging to see the reaction of grateful people when they receive gifts. It doesn't matter whether the gift is big of small, but the gratitude and excitement of receiving it speaks volumes. However, I have in the course of my life noted that the same gift given to another person might get a different reaction. To the one who already has everything , another gift does not thrill him at all, but to one who has been dreaming of it all his life will received it in great exuberant joy.
Have we become so familiar with the good things and good life that we take God's grace for granted?
Have you lost the joy and excitement of enjoying the grace of God?
Let's come back to the basics. It is the grace of God that enables us to enjoy good health and celebrate life, and the grace of God will always be enough to bring us out from difficult situations in life. It is also the grace of God that teach us to say “no” to godless living and sinful pleasures and to live God-fearing lives day after day. (Titus 2:12)
God’s grace is for all to enjoy. No one deserves it but God in His matchless love gave His only Son so that we can be redeemed from depravity and darkness. God has a masterpiece plan for mankind. Make sure you are right in it. His purpose is for everyone to live in it and not be caught in the devil’s snare. Take time to reflect on His Amazing Grace.
